Where do you ship to? We currently ship to USA, UK, Canada, and Europe.

How long does shipping take? Our order processing time is usually 1-3 business days. After that, shipping takes approximately:

  • USA: 7-10 business days
  • Europe: 5-7 business days
  • International: 7-10 business days

Where is my tracking number? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the link to become active. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder.

Will I have to pay customs or duties? It depends on your location. For most orders to the USA, there are no duties. For orders to Europe or other international destinations, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@vilara-living.com. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot make any changes.

I didn't receive an order confirmation. Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Just send us an email at info@vilara-living.com and we will help you locate your order.

What is your return policy? We offer a 90 return policy. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details and instructions.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do? We are so sorry to hear that! Please send us a photo of the damaged item and your order number to info@vilara-living.com. We will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.

Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Apple Pay / Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. All payments are processed securely.
